Ofir Bar Levav joined Johnson Controls (legacy Tyco) in May 2012 as CFO Tyco Israel. In May 2015 Ofir assumed the position of VP Ventures in Israel, and as of October 2018 the General Manger of Open Innovation. Prior to joining JCI Mr. Bar Levav held numerous finance management positions for Procter & Gamble in Tel Aviv, Israel, Geneva, Switzerland and Brussels, Belgium. In his most recent role, he served as CFO, Duracell Powermat Joint Venture for Procter & Gamble.
Mr. Bar Levav holds a Master of Philosophy degree from Tel Aviv University, as well as Bachelors’ degrees in both accounting and philosophy, also from Tel Aviv University.

Mota brings over 40 years experience in the Electronics and Communications industries, 30 years of them in various senior management positions in R&D, Engineering and Business Development. Mota served as head of the Electronic Systems Division in Rafael – the Armament Development Authority, where he also served as Corporate Vice President. In this position Mota was responsible for all the activities of the Electronic System Division, leading over 1000 engineers and technicians. During his tenure at Rafael, Mota held a number of senior management positions in business enterprises outside Rafael where he gained his technological and business experience. Between 1993 and 1994 Mota served as General Manager of Mikrokim, a subsidiary of Micel Inc. From 1994 to 1998 Mota was Senior Vice President for Development and Engineering at Geotek Communications, Inc, where he was responsible for all international deployment of wireless communication networks and system development.
In October 2000, Mota co-founded Passover, a company that provides unique in-building wireless coverage solutions. Mota served as CEO and CTO of Passover until 2004 when the company became Clariton Networks. Mota continued to serve as COO and CTO of Clariton until 2011 when the company was acquired by Alvarion Ltd. Between 2011 to 2012 Mota served as CTO of the DAS Group at Alvarion. Since 2012 Mota is with Johnson Controls (legacy Tyco) Security Products and Open Innovation, promoting new technologies and innovation for JCI.
Mota holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Technion Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Vicky joined Johnson Controls in 2017 as a project manager. Prior to joining JCI, Vicky's background comes from managing marketing and communications activities for Israeli startups, developing marketing strategy, building brand awareness and executing business developement road maps.  

Vicky holds a BA in Business Management and is a graduate of the Zell Entrepreneurship Program in IDC Herzliya.

After spending 25+ years in the Industrial Distribution & Food Packaging Industries, I most recently joined the Johnson Controls family in 2017. Currently, my role as a Global Program Manager - Open innovations, is working with all of the Global CoE Networks supporting the JCI Sales Team around the globe. I am located at the GCoE in Birmingham, Alabama and my primary focus is working with the Innovation Team to expand the capabilities of the dynamic startup companies by showcasing them to our Customers and Sales Teams. 

Enjoyed a successful & knowledgeable career thus far as a senior sales executive with an extensive history of utilizing transferable sales and management skills to produce an immediate impact on the company's bottom line.  Upon joining Johnson Controls, I have continued to demonstrate my fast learning capabilities and display unique talents while integrating with existing company culture and providing leadership to help increase sales. There is an ongoing challenge to strategically adjust to the ever changing Industries in today’s modern business environment to separate the Johnson Controls from our competition.
